Today, my friends were right about me being whipped. My girlfriend now has me setting an alarm for 3 hrs after she's fallen asleep, all so I can uncover her feet so she doesn't get too warm. FML

**** that! You need to get your balls back

Make her do it herself. If she has a problem, she can do it. I honestly don't understand why you are responsible for keeping her feet warm

Hahaha just don't set an alarm!!

I don't know why this is getting downvoted. A guy has to get SOME recognition for the stuff he does, sexual or otherwise. A relationship is give and take after all, right? If the giving is one-sided as I'm inferring here, then there is literally no reason for him to stick around.

Why not put an end to feeling uncomfortable? You have to blame yourself for this if you don't feel good about it and still do it anyway, especially if she doesn't do the same for you

And you agreed to this why? I wouldn't care if I was getting laid or anything like that I like my sleep. Dude you need to really put your foot down or she's gunna walk all over you.

Well in this situation I think it's kind of safe to say she's probably already doing it.

There's nothing wrong with being "whipped" , but there's everything wrong for just letting her get crazy and lazy and just use you , learn the difference dude .

@18 What's the difference? If being whipped isn't being used, then what is it?

@32 A lot of people used whipped to denote any guy who is thoughtful towards his girlfriend. I dated a guy who would bring me lunch at work because we were in the middle of BFE and I didn't get breaks. His friends all called him whipped. Even him doing simple things like walking me home at night in the dark, so I'd be safe. He was just a really sweet, nice, thoughtful guy. His single friends resented my taking his time away from them. So that's the difference I've noted.

The difference here is he does nice things for you because he wants to, 35. You never had to ask. OP's girlfriend is being ridiculous by making him go out of his way to do petty things that he bears no responsibility to. He's giving and she's taking, not both ways.

He sounds lovely #35! Sad to see you wrote that in the past tense though :(

Yea haha no she needs to do that shit hersef

wtf dump her if she does this much I wonder what other shit she's got you doing

So set the alarm loud enough to wake her up as well so she knows how annoying that can be. Give her a whipping good wake up alarm!
