I reckon what she meant is that she cheated because she wasn't happy in your relationship... and so instead of focusing on you being hurt by the cheating, she thinks you should focus on her being unhappy. I'm not condoning it, just trying to explain it!

You know, That's exactly what my ex did to me. It's unfortunately common. Along with crap like 'you drove me to it' and stuff like that. OP Regardless as to how you felt about her before, what you are going through now is horrid and you have my sympathies. No matter what you decide to do about the two of you, it's obvious you both need some time apart to think about stuff no matter what else happened that night.
And that's the point where you turn around, walk away, and never look back
