ok #1 she cannot stop you from living there if your name is on the lease. #2 if she harasses you and does not let you stay. Talk to your bank and have them reverse the check. This is perfectly legal. The landlord will evict her once they find out. #3 talk to the landlord and say you want her out of the lease, they will evict her and you keep apartment. #4 either way stay outside with a camera and take pics as they throw her out? Post on face book? Profit?
