OP - If you couldn't help it then I am sorry. Hopefully she has come to her senses about that by now. But if it was a fake sneezes then I wouldn't blame her.
Im sure there is a lot more to it. Like maybe months of annoyance or resentment, and that was the straw that broke the camels back.
Unless there's a lot more to this story, and she really did breakup just because of sneezing, then you are probably lucky to get rid of her now. someone who gets that upset that easily is going to make your life miserable on a regular basis.
