If proving her theory wrong doesn't work, then she probably isn't into you enough for it to be worth your while to develop a significant relationship with her. Sex isn't everything, but it sounds like she's making weak excuses to not go much further in the relationship with you.

I'm with #5. In my opinion my boyfriend is beyond adorable. And the sex is fantastic. It could be her giving an excuse to not be in a physical relationship, but if not, show her how sexy you can be. If she genuinely thinks that adorable can't be sexy and won't go for it...well you have some decisions to make then.
