If a girl had said that to me my exact reaction would be: 1. Grab both her shoulders 2. Push her against a wall (gently)/if there's no walls within a few feet, dip her. 3. Kiss her. Hard. The reaction you get will tell you if she's legitimately disinterested for whatever reason (cheating, being a bitch, etc.) or if she was just trying to egg you on to being aggressive.
