I work will my ex'a grandmother and things are fine we talk like civilized adults and she also told one of the co workers that I'm better off with out her granddaughter so maybe her mom knows that ur a good guy
I don't see why this is such a problem. A job is a job, as long as you get paid and enjoy doing it why should it matter who you are working for?

Unless your now ex-girlfriend is making it seem like you dumped her and creating drama, i don't see how this is a problem. Talk with your 'boss' outside of working time because work and home drama should not mix. It's not professional.
