lord. that sounds EXACTLY like one of the guys i used to work with at a gamestop. i was workin there cos i knew i could get hired and needed a job in high school. He was, like, a military vet and about two feet tall and i think this was honestly one of his ideas for his childs name. god
*laughs* I get you. I told my fiance that she could pick names because I'm horrible at naming anything. our son's name (if/when we have one) is now going to be Edward Link. Edward from an anime. Link from the Legend of Zelda.
**** you. Do your research before going apeshit. Also, communictate with your husband. Don't do dumb shit like each naming one. Get smart.
I wish my name was kratos
Wish myndad was that cool
Okay, first...I didn't read ALL the comments so it may have already been answered, but are we talking Kratos from God of War (who is sorry and entirely centered around "monster? I'ma hit it wif a sword!" and has a little forced background so that fanboys can say he's not two dimensional) or Kratos from Tales of Symphonia (who is smart, strong, fast, a freakin' ANGEL, and has the coolest coat this side of Dante...yeah, I'm a fanboy, but at least he's got more depth than a spoon). Second, I've seen a lot of "Women shouldn't give up the right to name babies" and "Men are dumb/shouldn't be allowed to think" and "You're the one who's pregnant". Just a thought, but I'm guessing that every one of these women (they all seem to be women) would freak the hell out if they asked their bf/husband for help with part of the pregnancy/naming and his response was "I don't care, you're the pregnant one". Lastly, I am male, intelligent, and generally rational and level-headed. When asked for help with baby names by my ex-wife I put together a list of names I liked and we decided that I got to pick a MIDDLE name and she'd do the first name. See, this way I get to name the kid something COOL and she gets to name the kid something "respectable".

i dont get the "i name one kid, you name the other" mentality. why dont you just work together to find a name you both like?
"Make-believe cartoon character"?! Whoa whoa whoa, you've gone too far, there. Besides, it's a totally cool name, you must admit.
