try lavender oil.. I heard it's good for insomnia :) just rub some under your nose and on your forehead and go to sleep :)

I can relate, OP. I used to be on some that made me do and say all sorts of things that I normally wouldn't. And that only got me into trouble the next day...including but not limited to inviting my Spanish teacher and her 10yr old son to come live with me for 15 days and ordering detox junk from my personal trainer brother in law which I had no interest in taking. R1000 later. I then went onto a 'mild' one now...guess what? I've just finished cleaning my whole house - literally 2min ago. And this isn't the first or second or third time this is happening. It's almost everyday...FML
