I feel for the OP, I have a needy attention seeking mother too who goes nuts if I don't answer a call or text immediately, and deliberately misunderstands when I send messages to say, don't call or text me. She once turned up at my house after I sent that message, and pounded so hard on our stained glass panelled front door, we thought she would smash it. Her excuse was, 'you never said anything about not calling in". It's not cute, it's not sweet. It's ridiculous.
It's ridiculous if OP's mom is always like this and this is just one example, but what if she's suddenly been triggered to act this way? She could be going through a divorce or lost someone and acting irrational because of it. Either way, FYL for having to deal with it :/
Olympic level Troll Mom! Gold medal effort
You would think she would remember dropping you off but at least she cares right?
i'm sorry but you're in college and your mom needs to stop being so... attached ??
aww that's so cute
See what happens when a mom calls and her kid doesn't answer? Never anything good.
My mom is similar. She came to my city and called me sobbing twice because I wasn't where she assumed I'd be. Once I was at a friend's and the other time I was at work. Keep in mind I haven't lived with her for 3 years. My point is get used to it because it never ends.

Oh wow. You would think she would know you can't answer your phone during class. That and she seems rather clingy. Perhaps maybe start finding your own way to college if she's going to continue to do this.
The ****?!??
