1. Child support is for you, the child. 2. Go close out the account. 3. Tell the court at the hearing that your mom has been taking money out of your account. 4. Since I am guessing you are a minor, the bank has to have a parent or guardian on the account. I would see if you can have the court set up an account because she is not allowed to do that. They can allow her to withdraw if she has permission from the court. 5. If you don't want to live with your mom, see if you can live with your father. She would have to pay child support then.
