Today, my mom told me that I am going to end up getting myself pregnant. I am 21 and a virgin. She continued to yell at me and call me a liar all night. I don't know which is worse, being a 21 year old virgin or my mother accusing me of lying about it. FML

I'm 22 and wish i was a virgin. Better to wait than to have regrets. That's something you can't take back, despite the fact that ppl try. As for your mother, take it as a compliment. She thinks you could definitely get laid. Now if the opposite happened- you were pregnant and your mother couldn't believe that anyone would sleep with you-- THAT would suck

I lost my virginity when i was 17, had a few boyfriends, made some mistakes, but i don't regret any of it. I view it all as a learning experience. It's made me mature enough to realize i deserve the fantastic guy i have now, and sex isn't everything in a relationship.

there is nothing wrong with being a 21 year old virgin how old do you think you are? embrace your virginity. I gave my v card to my third boyfriend when I was fourteen and we broke up 6 months later. now I'm sixteen and I haven't dated since we broke up. I was really stupid

I'm a 16 year old guy and am still a virgin. Feels pretty good if you ask me. Everyone thinks In order to be "cool" you "have" to do it. I have a lot of friends that regret it and I have a few that are pregnant. I've been with my gf for 2 years and we don't plan on doing it anytime soon.

If there was a situation that happened that made her start yelling at you, she obviously got the wrong Idea. When she calms down, then try to talk to her as an adult. It's very tough, but you'll probably find out she just wants the best for you, and that she lost her virginity at a younger age than you did. So you're doing well. There's no rush. FYL right now... but it'll get better.

How does your mom think you can "get yourself pregnant"? Maybe your mom just doesn't understand how human reproduction works. That's why she probably thought your "I haven't had sex yet" arguments had nothing to do with the issue.
