That isn't ******* "helpful", no matter what way they want to twist it. As someone who has suffered from extremely bad anxiety attacks, that pretty much crippled me for 10-30 minutes at a time. Go talk to a doctor, then a therapist (not the one that throws medication. at you but the one who talks you through things). I did that for about 3 months with my doctor adding Xanax (which I really hated taking) and it helped. I think what really helped was the fact that my husband is my anti-anxiety medication. Just see what you can do for yourself and **** those who aren't going to help in this situation.
In the UK, there's a saying when someone proposes an odd but compelling solution to a problem: Suck it and see. Doubly relevant in this case?
I tried it & it kinda works. It can get your mind off your problems for a bit. My boyfriend is very understanding & patient with me. Hope you get help with your anxiety op
Do positive thinking and deep breathing. As well, do see professional help.
couldn't hurt to get you some
pepper your angus opie
a little (or hearty sized) vitamin D in your life never hurt.
Sounds like it's time for family group. GROUP SEX that is.
Sounds Pareto efficient to me. Even if it doesn't help, it (probably) won't make things worse...

please tell me they are joking. what kind of support is that?
Anxiety disorders are a mental health issue. Not something one somehow solves with sex (or alcohol, or drugs). Try to get your family to read on the topic and get medical help OP. :)
