Look, you don't need to worry about downloading crap. Don't listen to what they say. Download Recuva [http://www.recuva.com/] You don't need to enable deep scan, just scan it, and restore the file. You don't have to do anything else. That'll be your best bet. You don't need to do burn a CD or any of that. If you have a Mac, just use Apple's tool: http://www.apple.com/downloads/macosx/system_disk_utilities/filerecovery.html Hope this helps.
