It points at your window but it's on THEIR house, so just think how much more annoying it is for them every time it goes off. I think they'll likely remove it on their own.
Well, generally, you point a motion light AWAY from your house, so the neighbors are most likely oblivious to the fact that it's driving OP crazy.
Ugh, my neighbors have a bright light in one of their windows (inside the house) that they just NEVER TURN OFF and my blinds can't shut it out. And in my old house my window faced the streetlight. I feel your pain bro and/or sister. :(
