Today, my new bikini must be cheap as shit because I tanned nicely where I put on sunscreen, but where I didn’t apply it under the bikini I’ve gotten super red sunburn on my butt, my lady bits, and my boobs. My nipples look like the ends of red felt tip pens. FML

actually they are specially made for people who want a full tan.

As much as I like boobs, I imagine in a few days they won’t be very a-peeling.

Please tell me that I’m not the only one who wants to go and google image search “sunburnt nipples” now?

Must.. resist.. urge.. to post.. "pics or it didn't happen!" GAAAH! I hate myself, I really do.

I've read that you should put sunscreen even in areas covered by clothing.

Read the labels when you buy - Some Women’s swimwear is intentionally made to tan through. Some is not. The label should have told you.

OW! That sounds unbearably painful! I hope you feel better soon! I'll definitely think twice before buying a swimsuit again, and I'll just have to apply my SPF 100 absolutely everywhere.

You always need SPF all over, most bikinis aren;t ging to offer much protection. Sun can get through fabric, weirdly.

...are you sure you weren't actually wearing lingerie?

Sounds more like you’re allergic to the suit. Did you wash it before wearing? Have you worn it before without a reaction? Maybe it’s your detergent?
