Today, my parents came to visit me at the ranch I work at. They're scared to death of horses, but I was explaining how they are almost completely harmless. I was showing them how to work around the horse without getting kicked. As they relaxed, the horse kicked me. I now have a broken leg. FML

That sucks. Something similar happened to me once. I was in my playset, showing one of the neighborhood kids how safe and not scary it was up on the upper level and in the covered slide, when I got attacked by a hive of wasps who had made their home up there.

if u walk very close to the back of a horse and if need be put ur hand on him, he'll know ur there and shouldn't kick

I've grown up with horses like my mom, you don't walk behind it also just because they are nice they can still cause damage, my uncle who I never met died at four years old because theyre neighbors let the dog out while he was riding (my grandparents were holding him up there with a helmet but the horse took off and the helmet didnt help much)
