Prom sucks anyway. It's nothing but a huge overglamorized dance meant to get students to spend ridiculous amounts of money for one night. Not to mention since it's so expensive (a ticket for a single person is $88 at my school), students from poor families are s*** out of luck. Better off saving the money for college.

My school hasn't had their prom yet, dumba**. Nice try. But if you think prom isn't expensive, you're stupid. ETA: Oh, and I'm bi and have a girlfriend, so if I wanted to go, I would have date. Again, nice try.
