Today, my sister brought me coffee to my office. It was really nice so I made a status about it on Facebook. My boyfriend texted me soon after, freaking out because I never put anything on Facebook about him and how great he is. I'm basically dating a 14-year-old girl. FML

It's annoying how some people need recognition for everything. We all work for pay, but some can't handle not being praised on top of that. It's not enough to do things because you love someone and it makes you both feel good; now people need public recognition for it. He needs to grow up and learn the value of intrinsic motivation.

Maybe you should re-evaluate about how you have treated him instead of posting nasty things about him on FML. I'd say YDI, but you clearly don't deserve him.
