file a restraining order on her. I did that to mine since everyone in my cousins family hated her too. they are gonna evict her family out soon. but yea go for whatever you want. just carry some pepper spray and sue her for stalking, disturbing ones property (as in you since you are your own property), sexual harassment, and violation of restraining order when ever she follows you after the restraining policy has been set. but whatever you do, tell her to stay away from you. good luck :)

Maybe you should consider filing a restraining order, and if you don't know who it is obviously your sister would know the fact she gave your stalker your shirts o.o
