Today, my social-awkwardness is so bad, I was actually proud of myself for managing to ask someone a question. FML

I'm just like that. But be proud! It's baby steps, and before you know it you'll be able to do anything :) I, unfortunately, am not able to ask a stranger a question yet. But once again, baby steps! Good luck :)

Did they answer with "I like turtles."?

At least you don't get confused mid sentence. Forgetting what you are talking about, who you are talking to and how you got to where you're at is terrifying. The person you are with thinks you're stroking out when you slur your words.

keep trying and u will b very good

be proud! It's a start. Being ashamed of being proud of it will only decrease your self esteem.

I used to be like that REALLY bad as a kid; asking for something @ a store, making friends, ANYTHING; didn't get passed it until I was older. Now I am a very confident & outspoken person .. Takes time n mental & emotional effort but you will get there trust me ! Good on u anyways, that's not a FML !

I did not realize that was such a problem for people. I've never met a stranger. I guess I am lucky.
