I dont think school is over reacting at all. school violence is a very real thing. if people keep telling them to shrug these things off, how will they know when the real thing is happening?
The "real thing" as in a 15-year-old suicide bomber will run into students screaming "Allahu Akbar!" while blowing them up...? I can definitely say that's a major threat in high schools
