Maybe he's asking you for help and he just said it wrong. Maybe what he meant is that he wanted you to help him so he can get a "first." If he's serious though, and you're not gay, then tell him that you don't go that way. If you're really his friend, you'd help him out. He's probably confused.

I agree with 90% of the comments on here. It was a very nice thing of him to do to confide in you. I read a comment that you should be a good friend and completely stand by him, even if you are heterosexual. I'm not sure why guys constantly have this thing against other men who happen to be homosexual, but you definitely should support him. It's a friendship, regardless of his sexual orientation. Don't **** it up. =]
