Skinny women usually have small breasts it's normal, less body fat etc. You could gain more weight and that might increase your breast size but then again you don't get to pick where the fat settles.

I get put off by girls with big boobs. I dated a girl who had huuuuge boobs and they got in the way all the time ahah. I'm only small anyways, 48 kg and 155 cm tall, so I only have 8 C's or something. I prefer my little 'athletic boobs' as my friends call them, anyways. Saggy boobs would get in the way when I run. Oh, and at least you won't have saggy granny boobs when you're older :D
