Today, some guy hit my car and then threatened to sue me for "parking my car in such a way that it was impossible not to hit it." My car was in the driveway. FML

I couldn't help but notice you don't mention the owner of the driveway where your car was parked. Perhaps it was HIS driveway and you just worded this cleverly to disguise that fact? Or perhaps the other guy was just a drunk moron.

I was thinking apartment when I read this. Some people are seriously morons when it comes to parking in apartment parking spaces. At my boyfriends place, the parking lot wraps around the building and there's three parking spaces behind the building. One day, a Hummer parked in such a way that it blocked the entire back area making it impossible to pass on either side of him. :/ Well, of course my boyfriend wasn't dumb enough to crash into the parked car, although I think anyone who parks like an idiot usually deserves having someone hit them...
