That's not actually legal...you need to go to the principal and, if he doesn't listen, you can sue.

you need to make sure they conduct a proper investigation and clear your name because those kinds of things go on your record for colleges to see

Haha we do that at my school all the time! In fact we have even had tug of wars with our trucks. Some times the administration comes out and watches or even joins! Haha

Just dont go And your reason will be that you didnt do this They dont have proof you did it And you weren't given a proper chance to defend yourself and unless you weren't in class your teacher should be able to say that it wasn't you kuz they had you in their class

Wow, if something like that happened to me, I'd fight it tooth and nail.

Bring the issue up the chain. Put it up on social media. take the issue to the countywide school system if you have to. The school system shouldn't be getting away with this crap. What ever happened to justice?
