When I started the Depo Provera birth control I pretty much had a 6-month long, HEAVY period (with a random day here-or-there without bleeding, but it was unpredictable). So I feel for you. On the upside... no babies is the goal, right?

You know, I've noticed here lately that a lot of people have issues with their birth control, be it making them severely ill, or making their reproductive systems go out of whack, or lowering their libido significantly. Sounds like some birth control makers are all having the same thought, "I know! Let's make them unable/unwilling to have sex, period! THAT'LL keep 'em from getting pregnant!"
