get your own computer and or monitor. your old enough to use the internet, you can get a job. I'm 14, I have a job.
You should check with the local museum to see if any CRT-monitors has been stolen recently. :)
can't help but to wonder how old OP is wondering did those same monitors give you a head ache back in the day when they first came out and that was all we had...
Of course they still gave people headaches. Those old monitors with the vibrating screen and such were a nuisance for many people. But nobody complained because there WAS nothing else.
OP, invest in a very strong magnet and tape it beneath the monitor in a place it isn't likely to be found. Even better, tape it inside the case
Either: 1) buy a new screen 2) get one of those translucent black plastic sheets to go over the screen, which will dull the brightness 3) buy a computer or tablet for yourself 4) use the computers they normally have at libraries
I'd suggest sabotage aswell like everyone else, but you may end up with an even older again CRT moniter

Time for some sabotage. Eventually you'll be reading off of stone tablets and cave drawings.
Sounds like you need to buy your own computer
