Today, the father of my unborn child told me he isn't sure he'll be able to make it to the birth, since there's no guarantee of when it will happen, so he can't schedule time off. This would be understandable if he actually had a job. FML

I believe 30 was being sarcastic and I also believe it went right over your head. Have to agree with the original comment. Better to try to do it alone and find a good guy then try to raise the child with a role model like his father and miss your opportunity because you're supporting a child and the father.

Even if he was trying to find a job, surely he could be there for the birth of his child?

Within 3 or 4 days of your due date maybe?

This is what happens when you have a kid with a total loser.

He's not interested in being a husband or holding down a job. And you're surprised that this loser doesn't suddenly want to become a father? Seems a bit idiotic on your part.

That's what you think sitting on your ass all day is a hard job you got to change the channel and make snacks and besides you might sprain your fingers playing Xbox. Why are you complaining all you have to do is give birth that's nothing compared to getting owned by that noob in your lobby.
