Married people don't just hang out with married people. Good friends understand the importance of maintaining both friendships and their relationships (good partners understand and respect this too). One should not affect the other and the couple are still two separate people. Even if life gets busy or they have kids, true friends will still make time for you.

Have they actually told you that, or said they only want to hang out with married couples? Several of my friends are married, and we still hang out regularly.
Marriage won't stop them from hanging out with you, if they really cared !!!
