...or she could had used (by accident?) an aphrodisiac for dogs. Of course that would make her even less sexy, since she had to use perfume to attract her dog's attention. Blah! 

It doesn't surprise me. I used to work the door at a couple of rather seedy bars and I'd see a lot of women dressed with just that in mind. Of course they usually woke up full of roofies unless I sent them home in a cab but... maybe that was OP's secret wish for the evening.
