I'm sure she's just nervous and clearly has very little idea about sex... sounds like her parents told her it was a scary bad thing and left it at that.

Poor thing is just scared and worried. Being so nervous she didn't want her husband to think low of her if she had performed badly or unknowingly performed mistakes. it's natural. She obviously isn't used to this environment so she was so scared she didn't want it to happen. She's ur wife. Love and comfort her. She married you for a reason. Time is gold for the two of you.
