Today, when I picked up my repeat subscription of anti-anxiety medication, they had changed the packaging to be more 'child safe'. Now it's so hard to get the pills out that I had an anxiety attack trying to take one. FML

I think all negative commenters need to read up on anxiety disorders before they come to a conclusion of 'stop being a pussy'. Trust me, I'd love to not take meds and be normal for once in my life. But, my brain isn't like everyone else's. Gladly I haven't had a panic attack in over a year because of my medication. It's nothing to joke around with. Some people can lose motor functions because of panic attacks. I literally went blind from a panic attack once. If those who make fun of people with a mental illness had to live in their bodies, they would feel like utter shit. Just had to get that off my chest because I've suffered for years trying to find a way to control my disorder.

18 - Anxiety is no laughing matter. I know a few people who have anxiety attacks and/or panic disorder. Something so small can trigger an attack; it doesn't mean they're a pussy.

Wow get yourself together.. reevaluate your life if opening a bottle of drugs gives you more of the exact same problem you take the drugs for anyway

yeh, OP is going to take a bong wielding titty girl seriously.

And you are obviously a self righteous fucktard with a tiny dick. You make up for your insecurities with hair gel, tight shirts, and expensive looking sunglasses. Those in turn make you appear to be even more of a douche, and so your life has become worthless. You may go die now.

While you're right in my eyes in terms of telling people off if they're being ignorant, you've also been ignorant in some of your posts. There are better ways to tell people off (as I had to learn the somewhat-hard way) unless you're personally attacked. Tone it down a tad.

If the best you have is tearing apart a default because someone disagrees with your views, perhaps you should keep your unwarranted opinions to yourself?

Yes, this comment was rather harsh. I'm just sick of people's blind ignorance and totally apathy towards others. Sometimes people need to be torn down.

'pathetic' form a guy takin a photo of himself wearing sunglasses inside? clearly we all take you seriously and your opinion obviously has weight. thanks for your thoughtful contribution... not.

haha thanks!!!! and it clearly doesn't matter because others have posted far more harsh things than I... why do you even care what I say.. or what I wear in my weighted pic??? you two are little scoundrels for even thinking people or myself care what you say to me... my opinion.. not yours... find a life

why? are you in to guys?! glad what I wrote didn't bother you. probably why you didn't reply... oh wait...

That's okay. Ask a grown up for help. :)

really dude you have issues. you shouldn't get worked up opening a bottle of meds. try real stress like being the only IT person for a company, starting a complete revamp of all the servers , network, and building out a redundant site for disaster recovery, going through a new application deployment, and going through an IT audit all at the same time. now that's something to get worked up over. get some mental help

RebelSoccer94 0

Obviously they are getting help...they are taking meds. You sir clearly don't understand anxiety, and clearly aren't in the field of neurology or psychology. Anxiety is a chemical imbalance within the left hippocampus of the brain (if my memory serves me well). Do your research before making such ignorant and whiny bantering. Thank you.

I think he's aware he has issues, hence the anti-anxiety drugs most likely prescribed by doctor or psychiatrist. you list a good example of work-related stress. imagine if you hold it together all day, everyone at work is amazed that you're so strong and competent but then when you get home, you retreat to a couch & TV and don't want to talk to anyone, you stop going out with friends for a beer, or you need to drink too much each night, you get angry with your partner and/or kids too easily or you have a tantrum when getting your groceries and the person in front of you has forgotten their PIN no. for their card or something... Anxiety attacks due to emotional triggers can be found in people with low self esteem who don't say to their boss, "Dude, I need a couple more staff, I can't keep this high-pressure pace up. I'm going to burn out." of course you might work for a forbidding boss who doesn't care and would fire you if you brought that up. so you try to be strong for too long. one day your psychie goes into self-protection mode and you begin to shut down. you get terrified of walking out the door. Life is tough. don't make OP's life tougher by belittling his current status. it could be you oneday (I hope not though, I wouldn't wish it on anyone - I know what it's like). and yeh, there's also the chemical imbalance, which I believe is caused by stress, but there's likely debate about that.

it's a pill bottle grow a sack and open it

How does a ball-sack open pill bottles and how did you get yours to have such muscle strength and fine motor control?

wow! so, like, use your testicles to 'push down & twist'?! no thanks idiot! certainly are some ignorant and messed up comments on here.
