Little kids don't always understand things. Sometimes the things they say are funny and sometimes they can be hurtful, but she may not have known any better or realized that it would have upset you.
i myself wouldve went and talked to the parent and made them feel bad for not teaching their child not to judge pelple
^This and then you can judge how the parent responds. If they don't give a shit or try to defend their "little angel" then you know that the kid will never learn that it's wrong.
Kids say all kinds of silly, stupid, and offensive things. They just have no filters of what is and isn't okay to say and live in their own weird world. I wouldn't take it seriously. Her parents should be teaching her not to say things like that (who knows maybe they're trying though), but unless she's taught she doesn't know better. I'd also assume she doesn't understand something like how people shave their heads to get surgery or anything like that, again she has to be taught that stuff. I wouldn't worry about it.
OP it's a child. I know it's hard, but try not to take it to heart. I have three of those things they say ill shit to me all the time. sometimes it sincerely hurts. but just remembered they are kids and are still learning how to filter things. I'm sorry to read about your neurological disorder and I hope you will be well soon.
good luck with the surgery.
Is it trigeminal neuralgia because I just recently got the same thing. It is nerve pain all the way up the left side of my face.
Well if it was in fact a "small girl" then she probably didn't know any better
Children are well aware of differences but do not realize/care get that they can hurt someone with harsh words. This is why kids are tormented through Jr. high with teasing for being different. Don't take it to heart. You will get better and grow your hair back. Or wear a scarf to hide under for now. Get well soon! Healing vibes for surgery.
Little kids are weird. Please don't take it personally!

Parents should teach their children not to be rude
It's a kid OP, don't take it to heart. You had to do what you had to do.
