If you're wealthy enough to even CONSIDER going to Cambridge, your life is not ******. Cheer up brah.
LOL Cambridge, atm, costs the same as everywhere else - price controlled LOL, there's no difference unless you go for longer/spend more ya American.
Cambridge say that if you're clever enough to go there but can't afford it, they'll give you a grant, so money isn't an issue when applying to Cambridge.
I was rejected from Cambridge for undergrad. I ended up doing a rigorous science undergraduate degree elsewhere. I did extremely well, both academically and in my research. I am now doing a PhD at Cambridge at one of the best colleges on a big scholarship, while many Cambridge undergrads are being rejected from Cambridge graduate programs. Don't let it get to you. Have a tough skin, be determined, passionate, work hard, and you will succeed.
thus begins the season of college rejection FML's...
well there all posh twats there anyways
It is your own fault if you didn't get accepted into college, no one should feel bad for you.
dont be sad op, something even better might be waiting for u somewhere else :)

It's no disgrace to be rejected from Cambridge, that is, if you are talking about the world-class university. If you are talking about the Cambridge School of Dental Floss Recycling, then, yeah, FYL you are an idiot.
That sucks. But it's also an opportunity to make new friends. And if you really want to you can keep in touch with your current friends. It'll take some effort, but it's possible. As for Cambridge; I don't know why you got rejected, but if your grades weren't good enough then well.. it's not for everybody.
