oops..didn't see comment #33 and #35
Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't it better to run warm water on a burn as opposed to ice cold water?
Actually, he was right. Warm water. Look it up on a medical website they will tell you cool water NOT cold, and NO ice!
Next time reach into the freezer.
I thought it was best to put warm water over a burn, for a drastic change in temperature would just make matters worse.
You're right.
If I've been running hot water, I make sure it's running cold water before turning the taps off, for exactly that reason.
So you always make sure your faucet is prepared for burn relief? Maybe you need some cooking lessons
you guys realize that you're supposed to put it under hot water, right? it takes the heat out of the burn so that it stops stinging as much
Warm water.* You silly goose.
Warm water actually. Also it's you're not your. Grammar lesson time. Your shows possession as in your dog, or your comment, or even your body. You're is a contraction meaning you are and therefore should be used in a place where it would make sense, such as you're a silly goose. Or you're wrong. :)
Boohoo. Suck it up and put on your big girl panties.
