Is he ok?
I once saw that happen while driving home. I cried. I hope your dog is ok and you never leave the window all the way down.
This is why you are NEVER suppose to have the window open more then enough for their head to get out. YDI completely. I just hope the puppy is ok.
Not cool. Totally not cool. Not an FML post worthy thing either especially if the dog is hurt. ****.
That's why you crack the window not let it all the way down.
And thats why there's a law that dogs must be wearing car harnesses in Australia. You can buy a thing that attaches your dogs collar/harness to the seat belt then you never have to worry about it happening again.
Yeah I agree. My dog has a padded harness that us pretty thick. It goes around an empty belted seatbelt or you can attach it to the LATCH buckle if your car has one. There are also booster seats so they can be raised to look out the window yet still be harnessed in. Now you know: don't do that again

I hope you stopped the car and went after him.
You deserve it. I don't understand why people think it is okay to open the window big enough for pets to get out. And don't you know how dangerous escaping pet is to other drivers on the road?
