To everyone here saying "OMG YOU HAVE PIMPLES ON YOUR BOOBS EWWW?" - yes, that happens. Some people have pimples on their bodies, not only their faces. I always have more pimples on my arms, neck and back (and sometimes my boobs) than on my face.

Seriously, if you have skin issues, it is at least partially your responsibility to maintain. I wouldn't let it start in the first place if I had a zit... This is grossing me out because even if they are normal, leaving pockets of pus on your skin and letting a partner lick that skin is not. *shudders*
