Today, while I was standing in line at the store, some guy insulted the girl in front of me as he walked past. She turned around and socked me in the face. FML

Hmm when you say "socked" do you mean smacked with a sock filled butter and other miscellaneous materials? Or the boring fist to face?

Press charges. Assault and battery. Women want equal treatment under the law? Give it to them.

It all depends where you live, dude in minnesota, women a cherished and get away with ALOT. unless they castrates somebody..

I read your first sentance and i thought "giggity" but it went downhill from there.

I see your point. Now that i think of it, i heard of a really good saying. "A women who punches like a man should be treated like one" So yea. Obviously we have diffrent opinions. A word to the women: make sure you know who your hitting lol

But yes. Legal action would be the best course

The way I see it, if a woman puts herself in a mans shoes and punches a man, she better expect to get the same in return. A woman needs to know that she can't bully a man and hit him. On the other hand, I think that any man who strikes a woman out of anger is a pussy-ass-bitch! A man should NEVER EVER hit a woman because he knows he will win!! A man who hits an innocent woman is a punk and deserves anything he has coming to him from doing such a thing!

I completly agree, but i have to say we arent talking about innocent women. Thats a WHOLE new can of worms. But yea growing up i had to deal with: *WAP! Giggle* "cant hit me, im a girl" *WAP! Giggle* "cant hit me, im a girl" *WAP! Giggle* "cant hit me, im a girl"
