Just call jenny craig already
Jenny Craig is so '90s. |the kid|
Maybe if you keep going you'll burn those thunder thighs off.
If your thighs are clapping together while you're running you either, a) shouldn't be jogging or b) running wrong and will injure yourself soon
Hmm, you're probably right. As a person with big legs, I can say that it's never happened to me. If you're gonna have bad form while running, you may as well not do it at all, as the negatives will, erm, outpace the positives in the...long run. >< |the kid|
If your thighs are that bad that you can HEAR them, it's a mystery how you didn't notice this sooner.
How about losing some weight (although I'm guessing that's why you're running, so that's good), and perhaps you've got x legs (like knees bent inwards), in which case you should see someone about it x
Well then keep working out I'm sure that won't happen much in six months..
That's a good thing! Now, you'll definetly know when all that jogging starts paying off! :)
You jog for an hour but your thighs touch together... Something doesn't make sense!

2 choices! 1)Keep jogging 2) turn the music up!
You're jogging those thunder thighs off though, so it's okay OP!
