Today, while on a first date with a guy who turned out to be twice my age, we were playing video games at the theatre before the movie started. Suddenly he falls face first while having a seizure. The EMT asked if my "dad" had a history of epilepsy. FML

Today, I had a first date. We really hit it off and wound up watching movies together and talking late into the night. I ignored a developing migraine all night, then tried to leave hurriedly when it got bad. He stalled me leaving by asking what's wrong. I started vomiting. FML

Today, I was feeling really sick when I was with my boyfriend at the park. When we were walking, I got really dizzy and collapsed. My boyfriend didn't catch me. His mom took me to the hospital. While I was being poked with needles, he was at home playing COD. FML

Today, my 13 year-old son had a seizure in the middle of his history class. We were at the hospital for three hours and several expensive tests later he informed me he faked the seizure so he could get out of a group presentation. He was so proud that he was such a good actor. FML

Today, my friends and I saw a movie. We sat in the balcony. Halfway during the movie we heard a commotion, thinking it was a group of unruly teenagers like us, we began to pelt the lower half of the theater with candy. We later learned that it was a man having a heart attack. FML

I don't understand all the YDI's. We need more information before we select that. For starters, we don't know how old OP is and if she's in fact not a minor, she has every right to date someone older than her; nothing wrong with that. Secondly, maybe he looks young. Some people are just clueless when it comes to age. I've been with my fiancé for a few years now and a while back he had to have ankle surgery, so I took him. In the pre-op room several doctors referred to me as his mom. We were both 19 at the time, and he's 2 months older than me. Another instance was when we took his cousin out to dinner (who is a month younger than him), and the waiter asked him if she was his mom. And his actual mom looks so young people have mistakenly teased her for dating such a young man.
