kids are always really curious about pregnant women, if you think about it from their perspective it is really amazing. I used to babysit my coworkers 5 year old daughter and she would always ask me a million questions about my baby when I was pregnant and liked to sit in my lap so she could feel him kick/move. I lost the baby in my third trimester and she would ask about him all the time and i didnt know how to explain death to a little kid so her mom did it. The other day she asked me if my baby was in heaven, like her grandma and her dog. Im not religious at all but i didnt get mad at her for asking, she's just a kid and they only learn about life through asking.
