As far as DNA testing goes...LOL. What police dept is going to pay for that? They wouldnt spend that kind of money to try and find a guy who blindly flicks his cigs at stoplights. I think they reserve the big bucks for bigger crimes. But if it makes any of you feel better I once flicked my lit cig out the window and it blew back in and went down my back. I was on a busy freeway and had no way to pull over so I had to extinguish it with my back. And to the person who says smoking is "out dated" I really dont get that. Bad habits go out of style?

The question isn't who isn't picking up their butts, it is why the **** you would smoke outside the comfort and privacy of your own house? It is a disgusting habit that affects everyone around. We know when you smoke! That is the most inconsiderate part. But if you are leaving your trash, especially butts to the poison in cigarettes, then you deserve every word of ridicule that you receive. Don't try to justify your actions smokers.
