Idiot. You NEVER touch anything in someone else's house. Ever.
My mother passed just a year and a half ago. I gotta be honest even at a year and a half it's a wound still raw enough on my heart that something like this would have set me to tears to. Than again we were so close that I still haven't gotten past picking up my phone to call her about something before remembering she's not around any more. You can't really judge a person's actions in these situations unless you know exactly how close they were to the ones that have died.
You say, "Hey, your calendar is off" before you go and fix it.
Yeah I learned don't touch other people's stuff even when you think your helping. I once emptied a dish washer while babysitting only to find out they didn't get washed. The family was OCD- washed them by hand and then in the dish washer. So they had to rewash everything in the house. It's nice to let them know its on the wrong day though
This is why you don't mess with other people's stuff. If it was a day or two off, I could understand. But if it's months off then it's obviously there for a reason. Next time use your brain.
Well, how would you know OP, that still sucks though.
that's why you never mess with people's shit. you don't know them, leave it alone next time
You should've marked that day cuz that was the exact moment in time when you ****** up
It's ok you didn't know

This is why you don't touch people's things when you're working at their house. Def YDI!
YDI, although it was a good gesture, you shouldn't mess with stuff at other people's houses especially if it's a client's.
