The parent reported me to my supervisor, my super proceeded to pull the recorded tape of the call and took my side. Faith in humanity restored!

That sucks
I don't know much about american GPA's, so please don't make fun of me for this question; the general rule is "the higher, the better", isn't it? And the Ivy Leage schools would never accept an average that low? Don't like parents like this, who are teaching their kids everything comes on silver platters.
I think it's better for their daughter to go to Harvard?
how the **** did their kid get accepted into Harvard with a 1.5 GPA????
How on earth does someone get accepted to Harvard with a 1.5 GPA???
She obviously didn't...
It is clear to me that the apple doesn't fall far from the tree in that family..
I would have just said.. ok your daughter is accepted and hung up
Can't stand it when people do that! I work in a call center, too. People just feel a sense of entitlement and confidence when they can't see you face-to-face. They feel as though they can say just about anything. Don't worry about that bad mother!
Don't you get ejected from sports activities for having lower than a 2.3 GPA?

There is no way that kid got accepted into Harvard... Lol too funny.... Let them report you.... Everyone needs a good laugh
This is the culture of mediocrity where everyone deserves Harvard, even the terrible student. Everyone on the team gets a trophy for participation even if they lose, just in case one of them feels sad for losing. EVERYONE loses now and them. The ones who pick themselves up are the winners.
