A 12 year old should not have the luxury of just picking there own company and deciding where and where they want to hang around. It's hard but can be done. The kid that had the gun should be reprimanded, and the parent of the said kid should be charged for negligence for not having the firearm locked up securely. It's honestly sad to read news like this whats the world coming too where guns are regarded so highly in the youth circles for bragging or what ever bragging rights etc. Glad the kid is ok... Could have been worse. Our prayers are with you and your family. Wish your kid a speedy recovery and hope he learns from this terrible mishap!
