In the universe where people read the dictionary definition of "arrest". It means "stop," so that is literally correct. They are not synonyms in the law. If you are under arrest, you are read your Miranda rights.
Jesus I never would’ve drawn that line, that is hilarious. Sounds like a joke a pedant made up and people are taking it and running with it.
