That's called 'depression'. It's an easily treatable medical condition. Please call your doctor. Life actually gets pretty awesome eventually--even WHEN bad things are happening! Your brain is just sick right now and can't tell. CALL THE DOCTOR.
“Easily”
For a lot of people, it's chemical. You just take the pills they give you, test them out, and eventually get one that makes the depression go away. Therapy does help, but a lot of stuff like this is because your body isn't producing the right chemicals. And with the science we have now, you can just...replace them. It's an annoying period of testing it out, but once you've got it sorted you're usually fine. (I barely ever need therapy myself, and I'm schizoaffective...sometimes it really just is chemicals.)
Life does get better when you work towards that. it’s a matter of perspective (how you choose to interpret situations) and how you are choosing to communicate with yourself... Don’t give up... it’s gets better
I wish depression could be cured with a change in perspective, unfortunately that's rarely the case as a lot of depression is caused by a chemical imbalance, where thinking positively / looking at life a different way won't help. The best course of action when you feel this way is to seek help from professionals 😊
This is one of the most vague and morbid FML's I've read. But since this is clearly a mental illness case, please seek help. Try therapy, going to the gym, finding a better job, reading, getting moderate sleep, etc. Something. Rise up. You only live once. Don't stay down!
That's not true. Sometimes there are good shows on Netflix that can make life seem pleasant. You're not playing Squid Game, am I right?
come on now
"The good things don't always soften the bad things, but vice-versa, the bad things don't necessarily spoil the good things and make them unimportant." --the Doctor. It's true, too.
