Have you spoken to an endocrinologist about this? Because whatever you’re doing to manage your condition currently, it doesn’t seem to be working, and if you’re taking medication it may need to get adjusted.
It sounds like your have an underlying health condition affecting your body mass. That's not your fault, and hating yourself/your body isn't going to help. You're doing what you can, with the cards you were delt. And if your doctor or nurse is shaming you for that, instead of helping, report them to the licensing board.
OP, Life can sometimes be embarrassing and nothing will prevent that. But you have to learn to accept yourself - I know, not easy at times! … I also suggest seeing an endocrinologist and maybe they can help you… I have reached the point where I no longer care much about how medical professionals see me - They have seen it all…
Sounds like the beginning of a porno from a fetish site.

That's what I was going to say. There are many options out there for this condition. Your endo should be checking your T3, T4, and your TSH. Good luck!
