never leave a job for a bitch. YDI
Leaving your job for someone is a big thing, shame she didnt appreciate it or just warn you not to.
What a bitch.
Well that was dumb of you.
Wow...YDI. its great that you were being nice by letting her keep the job, but holy hell man wtf, Do you know how hard it is to get a job thease days!?!?! and you gave it up for a bitch who clearly DID NOT care for you! way to go
As an intelligent and independant woman, I find this offensive. My boyfriend and I have an approximately equal income. I like it when he randomly decides to splurge on me (take me out to dinner, etc), but on the other hand, I love spending (my) money on him too! When one of us is short on cash, the other will step in and buy food and entertainment a little more frequently, but it's a two-way street. Please do not overgeneralize. It's sexually discriminating. To the OP: maybe she broke up with you because she thought you were making too serious a commitment to the relationship too fast. this is definitely something that should have been discussed with her prior to you quitting your job.

if she broke up with you because you sacrificed your job so she wouldn't get in trouble, she obviously wasn't a quality girlfriend to begin with
Giving up a job in this economic climate, YDI.
